Mommy let us put up our Christmas tree before Thanksgiving. We were super excited! Here Mommy got a little excited too, playing with the shutter on her camera. We got in on the action too. We liked to see what it looked like when Mommy drew with the camera. We asked her to draw triangles, swirlies and even a kitty. It didn't look like a kitty when she was done, but we still had fun.
Lindsey liked the swirlies the best.
We got a little crazy with the ornaments. Lindsey was convinced she needed sunglasses and Hannah wanted to put pompons on the tree. We decided we'd use them to make snowmen on another day. It was getting pretty late.
The little tree is in Hannah's room. She would have warranted a bigger tree, but it wouldn't fit.
Lindsey's room has the pencil tree. The girls decorated both trees. They helped carry all the ornaments upstairs and, other than the up-high places, they decorated them all by themselves. That may explain why some branches have three ornaments each:) - Nov. 2009
