It was bound to happen. We have become nature girls. Earlier in the week, Daddy said we were going to walk back the lane to pick Easter lilies (OK, Mommy said they are really daffodils). We all grabbed baskets and walked to find the yellow flowers. Daddy had to go cut them because of the briars (and because we're not allowed to use sharp scissors), but we carried them back to the house in our baskets. We had to stop more than once on the way back because the flowers kept jumping out of our baskets. We can't wait until it gets warmer and the purple flowers come out. - March 2009
